A a portion of 300g Parsnips, Chemical Free grown local to Margate. How to Prepare: Young, small parsnips don’t really need peeling – just scrub clean and serve whole. Older parsnips should be peeled very thinly with a peeler or sharp knife, then chopped into evenly sized chunks. If the central core is very fibrous, this should be cut away. How to Cook: Chop into chunks and roast (40-55 mins). Cut into chunks and boil (15-20 mins). They can also be puréed into a mash, grated into rostis or shaved and fried into crisps. Back to the shop

800g of Mixed sized of Potatoes, locally grown to Margate with chemical free growing methods. Due to this we cant guarantee the potatoes being red or white. Cooking and preparing depends mainly on the size and type of Potato but here are some basic cooking instructions: Large Baking potatoes are delicious baked whole (50 mins-1¼ hours) Chop into big chunks and roast (45-60 mins for old, 30-40 mins for new) Chop into big chunks and boil (15-20 mins for old, 12-15 mins for new)   Back to the shop
